Lucinda LH Hatswell

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Biodiversity & Conservation and went on to do my honours in 2023, where I assessed the use of environmental DNA as a detection method for Platypus in sparse populations. From there, I worked as a research assistant at Flinders University on a range of projects. Now, I am at the start of my PhD, working with Flinders University, the Australian Sea Lion Recovery Foundation and the South Australian Research and Development Institute to help further our understanding of Australian Sea Lions, specifically their habitat use, predation tactics, foraging behaviours, and intra- and inter- species interactions.
