Diego F. Bezerra
Diego is an interdisciplinary marine ecologist investigating how large-scale animal movements shape marine ecosystem dynamics. His research focuses on the migratory connectivity of elasmobranchs across jurisdictions, using multispecies network models to inform conservation planning. His current work aims to establish a baseline of shark migratory movements in Australia, strengthening understanding of connectivity within and beyond national boundaries.
