Jaz is a Yawuru person from Broome, with ties to Bunuba in Fitzroy Crossing. Jaz is part of the Yawuru joint management team responsible for Yawuru Marine and Conservation Parks in and around Broome on Yawuru Country. Jaz has been a Ranger with Parks and Wildlife since 2015. Jaz is also a Director on the Yawuru PBC Board, representing the Native Title Holders for Broome and the surrounding area.
