Eva Paulus
Originally from Germany, Eva is a PhD candidate at James Cook University in Townsville, Australia, where she is nearing completion of her doctoral research. Her work uses whole-genome sequencing to investigate the population genomics of dugongs, with the aim of informing conservation and management across the species' range. She enjoys combining genomics with applied conservation and is excited to share her research with the broader scientific community.
